SENATE BILL NO. 19 "An Act relating to road service area boundary                                                               
changes" was read the second time.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Bishop, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 489. Senator Gardner objected, then                                                                  
withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR                                                                
SENATE BILL NO. 19(CRA) was adopted.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
